3 Springs Station is located on 42 acres of land north of Spokane Washington. It was given to FHM to be a headquarters, gathering place and training/equipping center for  short term missionaries. The goal of FHM at 3 Springs is to incorporate discipleship/intimacy (close personal, dynamic fellowship with God) trainings with holistic living principles, to equip people for short term missions and to live with Jesus in today's world. The facilities also is be used as a place for small gatherings of listeners to seek out what the Lord would say. The leadership trainings we continue to do around the globe as part of our missions agenda is available at 3 Springs.

3 Springs has several buildings on the site, about 15 acres of meadowland and the rest is forest. Three springs provide for the various water needs of the residents. We presently have a cabin that sleeps 6 and two homes with extra bedrooms for guests to come and stay in. 

Trainings, are at times, incorporated with learning basic work/job skills in construction/landscaping/gardening and other fields as preparations for the mission field. Because of the nature of the trainings presented, groups will be limited to 20-25 people for a period of 2 days to several weeks (depending on the desired outcome).

A variety of available recreational activities in the area afford a great experience for those who come for an experience with FHM.

3 Springs needs at present:

• lumber of all sorts
• gravel for driveways and areas
• gardening supplies
• new water lines
• insulation for homestead building
• backhoe 

Work needs to go along with the above list:

• tree trimming/firewood cutting
• brush removal
• campsite preparations
• trail clean up
• building renovations
• garden and orchard preparations
• remodel and paint the homestead
